Coppermill Property Owners Association Owners and
Residents:
We
would like to remind everyone that the work on the streets and parking lots
within Coppermill will commence the week of July 14,
2008. As a way of reminder, there are
several items we need to make you aware of for this work to be complete.
First
a speed bump will be installed on Fox Ripple adjacent to

weather would become a factor only if it is a hard rain. A rain date of July 17, 2008, has been
assigned if this becomes an issue.
Please note that if during the one of the three days scheduled, it rains
on a continuous basis, that day, and that (scheduled) day only will be moved to
July 17, 2008. Otherwise all work will
be completed as scheduled.
Folks should remember that on the day the work is
scheduled adjacent to your home, you should not schedule a move in or out of
the community, construction work on your property and
you should not plan on watering or mowing your yard.
Because
trash pickup is scheduled for Monday, July 14, 2008, we have contacted American
Disposal to request that they provide trash removal services in the early
morning. Please make sure that your
trash is available for pick up by 5:00 am, especially on the streets that the
work will be complete for that day as noted below.
We
also need to remind you that if you need access to your car on the day that the
work is scheduled in your area, you should plan on parking your car the night
before in an area outside your designated area for that day. You may park in the fire lanes of the other
sections, but you must be sure that you do not block driveways or make the
areas impassible for other motorists.
Chamberlain Contractors will commence
this work at 7:00 each morning. The
roads and parking lots will be available for use after 6:00 pm. All cars will need to be removed from the
parking lots and roads during the day scheduled for completion. Alternative parking arrangements need
to be made, by each owner, on the following dates:
Day 1 - July 14, 2008 (See the Map Below)

up to Sugar Mill Way, including the parking by the multipurpose court

Day 2 - July 15, 2008 (See the Map

Henry’s
Wrecker Service will remove all cars remaining in these areas on the scheduled
day as noted above. Charges resulting
from cars that need to be towed from one part of the neighborhood to another
will be charged back to the owner of the car. While we realize that this may
pose some inconveniences for homeowners, this is a necessary project to ensure
the longevity of these surfaces.
